In League Trainings – Updated

The new Membership Your Way requirements for each League member includes completing one League-sponsored training. To help you meet your goals by the end of the league year, here is a summary of the current training available.

 

We will be rolling out both self-paced and facilitator led training opportunities throughout the remainder of the year so please be on the lookout for more opportunities to come!

 

“I am Remarkable” 

Learning to Speak Openly and Strategically About Your Achievements

The webinar presents the #IamRemarkable workshop, which forms part of a Google initiative aimed at empowering women and underrepresented groups. The webinar shows the importance of learning to speak openly and strategically about your achievements and remarkable contributions in your career, in addition to providing guidance and tools to practice this skill. The presenter also discusses social science research surrounding aspects of career success, and the impact of misperceptions and unconscious bias on career advancement.

Fundraising: Making the Ask

This training focuses on fundraising, which helps JLCM achieve our mission. There is an art and science to fundraising.
