new member application and contract.

APPLICATION DEADLINES

Please mail your completed application to the junior League of Cobb-Marietta by July 31, 2008 for the 2008-
2009 league year.  The completed application is:

  • Application and Provisional Contract

  • Completed Sponsor Form or letter of recommendation from someone in the cobb-marietta
    community

  • $158 check payable to the Junior League of Cobb-Marietta  ($50 provisional course fee and $108
    2008-2009 annual dues)
